Catering or Event Request Form
The Organic Oasis would be happy to consider your event or catering request. We can price per person or catering style per event. We can consider custom menu requests on a case by case basis, please call or e-mail with inquiries. Please fill in the information below, and we will work on scheduling your event. Please note the minimum charges and deposits that apply to events and catering. Once scheduled and confirmed, the number of guests can not be adjusted. Standard 15% service charges usually apply. MINIMUM ORDER AND DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS:
$500 : Events of 2 hours and up to 50 guests.
$800 : Events of 3 hours and 50 – 100 guests.
$1,500: Events of 4 hours and 100-200 guests.
50% Deposit required in advance – No refunds if canceled within 10 days of event, fully refundable if canceled 10 days or more prior to event.
Policies:
Business/Contractor/Contact understands and guarantees a private parking area or street parking, which meets the following conditions (food establishment and school clearance does not apply to events occurring on private property):
The parking area must be at least 30 feet long, 15 ft wide, with clearance of at least 15 ft above. It must be 200ft from the nearest food establishment and 500ft from any schools. Access to the site must not include inclines of more than 30% grade. A flat area must be provided for Organic Oasis to park and serve. In the event of insufficient parking or access, full charges still apply.
Organic Oasis is not responsible for damages that are done to property due to insufficient clearance as described above.
Minor additional charges may apply for travel outside of a certain range.
We hold permits for many cities, however, occasionally permit fees might apply, in which case those would be additional.
